Studio Isla® is a nontraditional wellness and performance space rooted in care, culture, and connection. Located in the heart of Midtown Atlanta, it serves as a central hub for The Isla® Foundation and Brown Girls Do Gymnastics.
We bring together wellness practitioners, nonprofits, and creatives who believe movement is a pathway to healing and belonging. Aerial and acrobatic group classes anchor the space, offering accessible experiences that build strength, confidence, and artistry for all bodies and levels.
From high performance training and restorative wellness to intimate gatherings, private events, and hosted experiences, Studio Isla® is a place to move, pause, and reconnect. Our space is available for rental, allowing us to thoughtfully host your guests in an environment rooted in care and intention.

Free Parking for up to 2 hours
Look for Brickworks and turn into the entrance near Food Terminal and the Animal Hospital. Drive straight through the lot and up the ramp in the back. At the top of the ramp, park near the stairs closest to you. This area offers 2 hours of free parking.
Take the stairs down to the second floor. Exit the stairwell and turn right. You will see Suites 130 and 134 directly in front of you.
